The subject of this painting is inspired from a largest man-made lake; Kaptai Lake in Kaptai Upazilla under Rangamati District of Chittagong Division. Kaptai Lake is a scenic lush green jungle, offering winding mountain roads & gushing waterfalls.

The artist paints a calm scene of deep, blue mid waters while there's a lot happening in the sky! The heavy white expanse of fluffy, cotton-like clouds tells a separate story of their own floating away with assertion in the blue grey sky. The distanced sky is painted with hints of fading clouds and the hazy mountains in the far distance give visuals of a mainland surrounded by the calm, cerulean blue lake.
The artist adds a hot-air balloon floating away in the horizon amongst the clouds which livens up an otherwise calm scene!
