This artwork reimagines the traditional still life, infusing it with movement and quiet surrealism. The classic table setting—pumpkins, a cup, and a slice of fruit—seems weightless, drawn with delicate, almost hesitant lines, blurring the boundary between presence and absence. The objects appear to hover in a liminal space, as if recalling the fleeting nature of memory.
At the bottom of the composition, a striking red cat confidently strides across the frame, its gaze both inquisitive and indifferent. The feline disrupts the stillness, serving as a bridge between domestic familiarity and artistic spontaneity.
