At the height of the solar eclipse on October 14, 2023, the sky dimmed, the birds fell silent, the wind held its breath. A strange stillness took over—deep, weightless, almost sacred.

Barefoot, I pressed my feet into the dry leaves, feeling the earth beneath me. I wanted to disappear into the silence, to be part of that fleeting, shared pause.

And in that hush, I let myself go. The pulse of the land rose through me—its energy, its message, something ancient taking hold.
