Artist Title:Inheritor of Longquan Celadon Firing Techniques, a World Intangible Cultural Heritage Site
Introduction:In 2009, Longquan celadon became the world's first ceramic category "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity". Longquan celadon has a history of over 1600 years and is known for its elegant green glaze.
This celadon artwork is themed around apricot blossoms and lotus flowers, handcrafted from Longquan cinnabar clay, and coated with original mineral plum green glaze. It has been transformed into a beige apricot blossom like color through traditional Longquan celadon kiln firing.
The work has a slender neck with a slight curl, and an open trumpet shaped mouth and neck.
Using traditional half blade clay carving techniques, the lotus pattern lines are carved with a combination of virtual and real elements, giving it an artistic effect resembling ice and jade.

Lotus flowers remain unstained from the mud, symbolizing purity and nobility.
