Glory of Lebanon, Cedar Tree is a Symbol of Strength and Beauty: In various cultures, the Cedar of Lebanon has been revered as a symbol of strength, durability, and beauty.
I have painted traditional Lebanese houses.
Boats symbolize the rich maritime history of Beirut.
In the background there are subtle hints of childhood memories. Letter cover is from 1958  and it was written from Beirut. Coin is from 1972.
The sun behind the tree and houses gives the message of life, power, hope and a new beginning.
There is also a sculpture calligraphy in which I wrote a few lines from a song of a famous Lebanese folk singer known as Feroze.
