"Vision from a Dream" – A Journey Through the Unconscious

Riding in the back of a speeding pickup truck, the journey unfolds like a fragmented memory. At a soldier’s checkpoint, a white paper is handed over—permission to continue. The truck accelerates past a battlefield in preparation, then slows at an intersection where a man waves a flag. “Whose flag is this?” The realization strikes—it is Iran’s.

The truck turns right, descending a small hill before stopping. Stepping into a quiet yard, a modest house stands before the artist. There, on the ground, lies their mother, seemingly asleep. Overcome with emotion, they kneel beside her, weeping—until the dream ends.

Blending symbolism, memory, and emotion, Vision from a Dream explores a fleeting yet profound journey through war, identity, and personal longing.
